I used to live in the area of Riverdale Park, would often have a few beers and a blunt or two by the benches behind the statue of the Asian doctor. Doing one will be legal soon, but so should the other.

Another project in Scarborough’s Golden Mile neighbourhood along Eglinton Crosstown. This along with Eglinton Square Mall redevelopment, Golden Mile Centre and Cosmetica lands will really change this area drastically.

Any examples here in Toronto of that? That sounds interesting, I’ve never learned about shadow boxes before.

I hope for underground “PATH” like connection between Mars and Queens Park station. I believe the area from Dundas to college will be housing a lot more technology and biotech companies in the future as this area and Toronto continue attracting world class talent in academics and research. So...

I wish they didn't choose to go all glass for the tower portions and choose more of a "Picasso" type approach to the towers. It's like getting a really high value car and then getting the mediocre paint job.

Maybe it’s BMO that’s needs some more space but they don’t want to give up FCP and that’s why the heights are the same? Otherwise it makes very little sense to just match the exact height of another building for the sake of it..
