    Just for reference the YTD price change according to Terant is 0.07% so basically flat YoY. Now thats only 2 months worth of data but the big markets are showing MoM weakness. Vancouver is down 0.58% YTD while Toronto is up 0.60%. http://www.housepriceindex.ca/Default.aspx

    You really think 7 weeks to do the grade level floor? I was thinking 2 weeks maybe 3 tops based on their current pace. Is there anything special that would require the additional 5 weeks?

    I would imagine this is causing some delays in the interior construction schedule. I don't think I've ever seen one this tall without at least 10-20 floors of cladding done
