Work has been progressing this week for preparing the "green" areas of the plaza for the planting of grass and trees. Going underground, the new PATH tunnel and concourse level are not yet open, but they look like they are getting a lot closer to completion.

A small portion of the east side of the floor for level 9 - restaurant/kitchens (10th floor) - is presently being poured. Slow but steady progress is continually being made.
