I can't BA2 going up for at least 5 years but definitely not as long as it took BA1 to be built. There just isn't 5 to 10 million square feet available of convertable class I space out there like in the late 1990/early 2000s.

Give it 1 year :) - no you're right it probably won't be that long.

I think we'll have a very good indication at the end of 2010 - if we're not looking too bad then it might be sooner or later. Sublet space is the largest concern now ... tenants stuck in long term contracts that want out.

Walking by on Bay Street today, I noticed that the bases of the light standards along Temperance have now been clad in grey granite. It looks great.
 
Ramako ... that is by far the best postcard view of Downtown Toronto with the curved shoreline in the foreground ... IMO nothing beats the those views from Palace Place + Palace Pier

its amazing how dense everything south of Queen St looks! But we could sure use a lot more tall buildings between Queen and Gerrard...
