Hey, if that's where the sales come from than it should count, are they building a sales center in TO for locals?

Rumors at SSC is that Shangri La is 80% sold.

The Incredible Hulk is being filmed in Toronto but I'm pretty sure that they are trying to mask them selves as a New York setting as many others in the past. It's strange how films that intentionally and for the main part are set in Toronto tend not to be successful in the US market.

If 65 stories was rejected because the residents don't like height, what makes you think 70 stories will go through? 59 is my guess.

The plumbers want the parking to be paid by the company because my friend who is a plumber and worked on citiyplace a couple of years ago said they pay over 3 thousand a year for parking.
