From today. Those trees are looking mighty fine.

Even if this has been done elsewhere in the world, this is a shockingly bold design for the Toronto waterfront. I just hope that the towers are a different colour from the shorter buidlings by the lake. That way, the horizontal sections won't be camoflauged.

True, but this area is gentrifying and the residents of Five (along with Casa, BSN and 1 Bloor) should contribute to the success of higher-end retail along this strip.

I doubt that Corus employees will have time to make their own lunches. They'll be too busy producing content for the W Network and all their other ridiculous speciality stations.

It's amazing that in the updated version Crystal Blu got pushed off the list. 39 floors is nothing to sneeze at! A sign of boom times for sure....

I remember back when the Guv had a row of port-o-potties serving as the men's bathroom. They eventually classed up the interior a little bit, allowing for permanent washroom facilities. I wonder if that renovation had it's own thread on UT? :) Nostalgia aside - I agree - if Waterfront...
