    Yonge & St. Clair

Again, thank you all for your kind inputs. I love the location and it's only 20 mins walk and 5 mins by subway from Yonge & Bloor. And with liquor store just around the corner....;p Really do hope it keeps its value with new condos all over place.

    Potential growth

Thank you all for your kind comments. I like Yonge & Charles too. But my agent told me that the unit is quite costly and 'sales on assignment' will require 91K downpayment and that will have a complicated ownership issue plus lot of legal inputs because the building is not yet registered...

Indigo Condos - Real Estate -

Does anyone know anything about this building in terms of quality, maintenance fee (a bit on high side - $765 for 940 sq fts unit) and the area? Price is a bit cheaper than the other condos of the same area. Is it because it is a 15 years old building or some other issue? Thanks so much...

So, um, when are condo prices supposed to drop again?

Buy vs Rent :o Hi Urban Toronto folks, Below link might give some idea for Buy vs Rent decision. http://www.ginniemae.gov/rent_vs_buy/rent_vs_buy_calc.asp?section=YPTH The hard part of whole calculation is to predict the home value increase rate.

    iLOFTS or FLATIRON LOFTS

Thanks guys. Yea, I find it a bit expensive too for the unit. Does anyone know $$ per sq ft should include Terrace/Balcony? OR Terrace and Balcony are just there to attract buyers by the builders.

Leslieville Lofthouses (Urban Fabric Development) - Real Estate -

Thanks kdub333. So you are saying all those lofts developments will not blend in much with Q/B neighborhood. Is it the reason you are leaving there? To me, prices are not that cheap without parking in that area.

:) Thanks for all the wonderful inputs. It has good ROI indeed. But this is not easy for me to manage a house for rental esp I am not in town. I think condo/loft will have less problem with management office in the building. Do you think?
