Yeah, the Danforth subway has parking lots and parks over it until you get to Donlands - east of there the line runs under Strathmore Blvd. You can see the big church at Pape in the photo... so a little further than that is Donlands.

I think property taxes are always seperate. Utilities depend on the building... some include water, hydro and heating in the maintenance fees (often making them quite higher), and others don't include some or all of the utilities. My advice is if possible, buy in a building where utility fees...
