I was talking with Amy from the sales office on Saturday and she said that there is going to be the launching for phase 3 and 4, plus they are going to demolish the adjacent building to the south of the Foundry lofts, and that she was informed they are going to start prepping the site for phase...

Hi, Update..........The sales office is now closed at that location and there is a sign stating they will be launching "FUSE" just as UbanDreamer mentioned. Also the note stated that there are a few unit available and to contact them if interested so this is very promising in my opinion...

This is what has been told by Rob Falus to me. The factory owner on Lappin did not want to have the access because it will interfear with his driveway. It went to the city and they sided with the owner, the driveway can only be used by emergency like fire services
