i think where BMO is located belongs to the same site. even thought it's not, don't believe anything would rise on this tiny spot.

are you talking about the site of the bakery company? haven't heard of anything. some people here may know more. that site is huge that has great potential to be developed a high rise or mid rise condo.

found out this project is estimated to be completed in year 2012. that means it will delay based on the current status.

feel the price is quite attractive based on the location where this condo is located. good thing also, the purchase price includes parking plus lockers.

in some ways, this building looks like 12 degree. each floor is stacking on the top and extending outside. modern building, but just wonder how this will interact with the surrounding areas.

too many condos are like that these days. they just build on the top of any open spaces in downtown. if developers don't care urban planning, city of toronto should step in to revise their plan.

X2 is a condo building. but the exterior give me an impression this's a office building instead. not too residential friendly to me.
