Beautiful shots, DT. Once the railing on the top level is put up and the Cresford banner comes down the exterior will be all but done. As for the main lobby entrance which is still partly half done and has had ugly boards up for the past few months... I'm told they've been having problems...

Charles Street East is definitely busier than you'd think during the day. Cars often fly down here. I'd almost advocate putting in speed bumps (but won't). And the intersection of Yonge & Charles is rather dangerous with pedestrians ALWAYS crossing on the reds.

That'd be one of the only positives here. I'm looking at interior photos on craigslist.org (just search "BSN") and so far it's pretty underwhelming. I'm pretty sure several folks have now moved in as well.

If it's a suicide it won't make the news.

I drive by this site regularily on the 401 and I gotta say so far these two towers are turning out to be quite an eyesore. I don't think it's gonna get any better. So sad. Sorry, Solaris. What's to like here? Am I missing something?

I had to read it twice too. I'm thinking maybe it was an advertorial paid for by Concord... or someone's put pressure on Hume. I've lost a lot of respect for him after this article.
