Good eye. I didn't notice in person... i'm thinking though it must just be a light reflection.

Much to do still in the Casa lobby... but it's already quite spectacular. They've altered the wood feature to be all one tone, unlike the renders... but it doesn't seem to matter.

They've done an excellent job. A few minor scratches, a few shoddy workmanship spots, etc.(nothing unexpected) but all in all it's pretty amazing. I'll post some pics in the real estate forum in the next while...

Window Coverings for Casa owners Went back to Alleens at College Park today. (They have a 50% off, free installation ad running). Dealt with Irena. She was fantastic. The cost to cover a foglia unit with 5% or 3% solar shades will be $3900 to $4100 plus tax. This is an amazing price...

Sorry guys, I know you tried to make it better but I think you've ended up changing things just for the sake of change. (That said, I'll be the first to admit I generally don't like changing anything that impacts my daily diversions). The site is definitely difficult on the eyes. For example...

Funny, I brought this exact topic up last winter in the Casa thread. No one seemed concerned at the time... but I'm willing to bet that the thin "connection" between the concrete wall and the glass wall is responsible for a lot of leaked sound.
