    My hope is that the lower Yonge Transportation EA is followed and the Bay & Jarvis ramp overpasses will be removed from Yonge street opening up another 15m or so, giving more room so the public space doesn't feel squished against the Gardiner.

    The refusal report does note the lack of office space in the initial proposal, but the main issue was that the site was too small for the height proposed. Interesting that the City is now ok with 3 more stories. Have there been any changes to the setbacks from Eglinton?

    The podium levels are almost completely poured. A quick count and it seems like pouring is complete to the 8th storey.

    It seems like the unjustified 42 stories at the Galleria redevelopment is being used a precedent for 47 satires at Dufferin/ Bloor. Plan looks great for a first submission, but wouldn't mind 10 storey reduction of the 2 tallest towers.

    WOW. That's almost 3 times as many units as the Honest Ed's redevelopment. I also like the commitment to office space separate from the commercial space.
