The lack of good network coverage is not really an issue for those of us who rarely leave the GTA.

I have no complaints about Wind. I've been with them for a few months now and have not had any problems with dropped calls or anything like that. I've only had to call customer service once (to recover my PIN which I forgot), and it was resolved fairly quickly.

Well if high end appliances are important to you, I think you should hold out until you find exactly what you want. There's certainly no shortage of condos for rent in the GTA any more, and the number is starting to increase.

I've noticed a huge increase in MLS dots too, not only for condo sales but ones for rent too. I've been looking mostly at the Yonge/Sheppard, Yonge/Finch, Bayview/Sheppard areas and they have definitely been getting more numerous in the last few months. We should start seeing price drops soon...
