It's the opposite of visible minority. The federal government uses the term a lot. A "non flaming queen" homosexual is a member of a minority that is not visible, hence, invisible minority.

LCD and LED are two very different technologies, I've never seen, and doubt there evere will be, and LCD screen used for outdoor advertising.
