As an owner in this building, I would love to find plans on how the bridge/PATH connection to CIBC Phase II is going work and look. Anyone have this info?

I didn't realize the north tower would be that much taller than the south. Thought they were almost the same height

I don't post a lot but I do have a good view of this project. I noticed the crane base as well but I am having a hard time visualizing how the cranes will be set up to build this building. I would have thought the crane base would be at the lowest level. It appears to be at grade level.

Not to mention the fact that we will actually see a park built (albeit smaller) in our lifetimes with private money.

Good point, the bigger problem is Lake Shore Blvd. Crossing that thing is brutal. Get rid of that and keep the Gardiner! The Gardiner keeps traffic away from pedestrians after all. We could have parks under the Gardiner and over the rail corridor. I live in a condo that overlooks the rail...

The bigger eyesore is the rail corridor in my opinion. I walk under both to get to the waterfront and the rail corridor is way darker, uglier, etc. Having said that, The underneath of the Gardiner could use a lot of cleaning up.

Maybe we could set a new standard. Think of all the residents and office workers that look down upon this mess. How much would it take to rip up any old asphalt and concrete and lay down a nice new lift of granular to make it look a little nicer. Sort of like how we used to cut the grass in...
