Looks like I got about 6 weeks ... Oct 1 -> Nov 18. Fernbrook said it is there understanding that this is a "solid" date. Hope we don't get an early winter.

Just a quick update … I just talked to Trish and one other person at Cityzen .. she said they are talking with the project manager again on the 16th to get a better projection … I will call her back then to determine what the latest is. They said it seems the possible delay is more probable...

Hi guys ... just curious if anyone has heard or been informed of any projected move in start date on any floor ... especially those on the lower floors. Riley ... I think you are right ... if they don't move any people in soon ... I fear another delay is coming.

I like the way it looks like they are going to finish the cladding. Not sure, but it appears they will have one full slat of cladding on the last row. They are putting the shorter pieces in now to line it up. It will make it look seamless on top.

Nice shot kotsy Does anyone know why cladding installation has almost stopped for the last bit on the North side. Are they waiting on something that is preventing them from moving forward or do they have to finish everything on the other three sides first? That view from the north side...

Thanks for the link SMT. Great shots !! Nice to have an update. I wonder how long it will take to get/install the glazing for the penthouse. That is the one thing about this project, the cladding supplier delivery has been really slow. It makes the construction drag forever. Once here...

I notice on the penthouse they are starting to install a horizontal bar outside dividing the approximate 20 foot ceiling on the south side into 2 sets of ten. Does anyone know if the cladding will be consistent across the penthouse. I guess this will be same across the entire south side. Also...

Received mine as well. Back three weeks to September. Lets hope this is the last one we see. I hope the top cladding is installed quickly ... then atleast the "weather" delays would no longer apply. I guess we have to be patient :( ... have to admit though, the L is looking better...
