Vinny D to Van 2 x 2 I was not a big fan until more recently, but his progress was substantial over the last 8 months and he had signifiant upside.

Noah Philp 1 x 775 He is a Canmore local who has been a black ace and is an excellent hockey player. His family owns the local sports store here and the entire family are really nice people; what an opportunity.

Foegs to the Kings 3 x 3. I always liked his play, reminded me of how I play and will be missed, but Arvid is a significant improvement overall.

Don't forget when it was Carbon. I'd love to see Gravity Pope there as it is a decent size for both some shoes and clothes and the absolute right spot for that demo.

Pickard 2 x 2. I like that A LOT. He is a very solid backup who can step in and confidently take 10-15 games off of Skinner.

That's typically for emergency egress in low-rise wood framed (combustible) buildings. Setting aside the physiological and mental health impacts, it's no big deal in a 'modern' concrete high-rise.

So I am guessing that the daycare playground on top of the south structure is not happening.

Considering that it started in 2017-18, it is lightyears ahead of Blatchford with tons of amenities, housing options, walkable everything and continues to announce major projects every few weeks. I wish Blatchford and Michener all the best, but vis a vis it is night and day.
