There are at least 2 designs of the condo tower, so it is probably still unclear which one they are going with at least until the foundation for the tower starts being put in.

Finally, at long last!! An old ugly ancient dinosaur going bye-bye!! Note at the top of 1 WTC's base, that the scafolding has begun being removed. A sure sign that the tower is yet another step toward approaching completion!! ;)

The tower has kind of a twisting design to it, almost like the previous design of the Freedom Tower. I hope that the design gets revised and financed again!!
