I agree with CASA guy, Encore is not as great as the Met.

Despite all the ugliness of the building, the excessive advertising and flashy lights is making this a very spectacular part of the city unlike anywhere else in TO. I'm sure it will evolve over time into something better than expected

The last 2 pics with the light reflecting on the glass makes it look closer to the rendering. but I see the brownish tint on the other pics. yipes. all in all I think this will still be a very good looking building

There's an agents preview this Tuesday. I hear it's going to be very well attended and units may be snapped up quickly on this one. Love the Parallelogram design to the tower

Was down by the Waterfront last night and the LED lights at the CN Tower coupled with the Luminato light sculpture made for a spectacular show. Makes you appreciate how beautiful this City is becoming

This plot of land isnt' that large, would be interesting to see what becomes of it. Hope Bistro 990 wont' get bought out, it's a very nice restaurant
