Roads: Six Points Interchange Reconfiguration (City of Toronto, UC)

hmm.. Park Avenue, NYC Champs Elysees, Paris Avenida 9 Julio, Buenos.. just to name a few.. It is not how many traffic lanes that matters, it is what the pedestrian environment along them can add to street life and overall experience..

Jasonzed - Jason Zytynsky Tribute and Photography Award

To be honest, I wouldn't mind seeing Jason Zytynsky street .. blvd. .. ave. .. etc .. somewhere in the GTA.. In my books, he deserves such tribute way more than others ..

Don't you think these concerns should be addressed towards our beloved public utilities, as ultimately they determine locations of the meters? Good luck appealing to their creative flexibility and sense of aesthetics.. :))

Isn't there a large hydro chamber u/ground, that could not be built over??

With less than 12M distance from the PL at 1200 Bay, I doubt it is a "step in the right direction".. unless the two developers join forces and coordinate their respective applications..

    Toronto Toronto | Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

with this location and the views? I am sure it will be snapped for development sooner rather than later. Personally, I wouldn't mind an iconic supertall here, something to look at ..and look from.. I know.. the flight cone issue, nevertheless..

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

well.. by observing the history of this particular development, one can argue that the City, with slightly political climate around this proposal, was never overly supportive of it in the first place.. this 'very valid opinion' above is basically endorsing action taken by one side of the issue...

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

I sense some serious bias against Mizrahi here.. so, what happens if got it right got it wrong? :)

nice try, but if you are putting Manulife in your descriptive category.. I think you are just unrealistic in your expectations..
