This is the current south view from the 10th floor at The Tides.

South Beach is not directly south of California... More of a southeast project. Right now there is nothing directly to the south until Lakeshore.

I got in for $266,900 at the 14th floor... Personally, I would just go in there and ask what they are willing to do for you, then ask for more!

South view is a definite... I bought a Corona suite way back in June 2008. How much are they going for if you don't mind my asking?

Its been closed for some time... Got a letter from Camrost saying they will re-open at the Tides/iLofts/California site later this year.

I know it's not sold out because they are moving the sales office on-site...

Some action going on tonight with regards to a crane... There are crane parts coming into the site, but I'm not sure if they're to take down the existing Iloft crane or a totally new crane for California...

Its a risky business buying pre-con... Does anyone have any info on available units and pricing?
