    If any photo nerds are out this weekend, you get a pretty perspective from the Bronson and Slater intersection that I am not seeing anywhere yet. The nice Zibi tower is framed by the library which itself looks monumental from that perspective..

    I knew of all of those except Doran, which why I didn't think they really had the ability to do any large multi-residential since I had only seen things like the Tamarack Flora etc. I had assumed they had made the fatal Campeau mistake and had their capital all tied up in land.

    They feel massive when you drive down Carling, when you see from the side it is actually reasonably slender. The south side of the road will need to be very broken up to prevent a canyon effect when it develops in 25-50 years.

    Is Taggart actually building anything they propose though? I thought they are just throwing up a bunch of proposals with no intent to build in any sort of reasonable timeline. I vaguely remember the Central Farm Shadower Deluxe being 10+ years away.
