very cool location for the webcam. now this, shangri la, ritz, and 300 have webcams, its awesome to have instant updates on these projects.

is there any opportunity of delta adding a residential portion on their tower?

I remember a few years back there was the Manulife rumour but thats the only one i can really think of.

The lighting looks PERFECT! almost like a halo floating atop the building. I think its probably time to move this building into the buildings, architecture, and urban design section.

Trump is looking great so far. I'm very happy they placed the tower in the core, i think anywhere else this tower would look very out of place.

The white on fcp makes it stand out from the rest (other than the fact that it is the tallest). It makes it unique, it would be less noticed on a smaller building. 72 floors of glass would make it look more plain than if it had white marble cladding.

Great news about the hight increase! potentally the hight increase would make 1 bloor taller than aura causing it to lose its 'highest condo in canada' title, Posibly causing a aura vs 1 bloor hight battle........i like it already:p

wow festival tower and this are going to dominate at street level, each have more than a 7 storey podium.

with the wind as bad as it was yesterday, i can just imagine what it was like 72 stories off the ground.

I could live with the tower but what is that monstrosity at the bottom. fortunately this will most likely not be built, usa has that hight restriction of 600m and even if they didn't i could never see them going this tall.
