  1. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Vancouver House | 156.96m | 49s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

I agree, but if you were in one of the top units just above the cars, it would be cool, especially at night.
  2. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Vancouver House | 156.96m | 49s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

Great pics city of Rain, this is such an amazing tower.
  3. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Smithe | 87.47m | 27s | Boffo Developments | GBL Architects

I love this view. I bet it looks amazing during sunset.
  4. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Burrard Place | 167.63m | 54s | Reliance Properties | IBI Group

Busy looking but the size of the balconies is a plus. You can actually put furniture on them.
  5. Rising Mist

    BURNABY | Imperial | ?m | 26 fl | Amacon

    Turned out pretty decent.
  6. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | 8X On The Park | 98m | 35s | Brenhill | GBL Architects

Making good progress. I'm looking forward to seeing the diagonal beams go up.
  7. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Stack | 161.54m | 36s | Oxford Properties | James KM Cheng

I'm still not sure if I like this one or not. I feel like I'm going to either love it or hate it.
  8. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | 400 West Georgia Street | 91.74m | 24s | Westbank | Merrick Architecture

I'm anxious to see what the glass looks like in real life.
  9. Rising Mist

Vancouver, 445 Kingsway and 2935 St. George Street

The original design was pretty cool. It has a retro look to it, something that would have been modern in the 60's.
  10. Rising Mist

Vancouver, 445 Kingsway and 2935 St. George Street

Great scale for that location, and 215 rental units. Can’t argue with that.
  11. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Amazing Brentwood | ?m | 63s | Shape | James KM Cheng

Agreed. Lots of green and gray in that area, nice to have a splash of color.
  12. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Smithe | 87.47m | 27s | Boffo Developments | GBL Architects

Yeah, I haven't lived there since I was a kid, but my family still cheers for the Riders ?
  13. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Smithe | 87.47m | 27s | Boffo Developments | GBL Architects

At 27 floors it would be a skyscraper in my old hometown of Regina lol.
  14. Rising Mist

    BURNABY | Triomphe | ?m | 46s | Millennium | Chris Dikeakos

    Welcome @Mrondpre Nice pics.
  15. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | The Smithe | 87.47m | 27s | Boffo Developments | GBL Architects

Nice density shot in that second pic.
  16. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Broadway and Commercial | ?m | 24s | Westbank | Revery Architecture

I hadn't seen that one for Victoria Drive, that's a great little development.
  17. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Broadway and Commercial | ?m | 24s | Westbank | Revery Architecture

That whole area around commercial and Broadway could really build up if this gets built.
  18. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Broadway and Commercial | ?m | 24s | Westbank | Revery Architecture

I don't believe it's the final design, but if it's something similar I'll be happy.
  19. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Broadway and Commercial | ?m | 24s | Westbank | Revery Architecture

The ubiquitous traffic and height complaint that accompanies every development it seems. I get that height can sometimes be too tall, but in this case they've scaled it nicely.
  20. Rising Mist

    Vancouver | Broadway and Commercial | ?m | 24s | Westbank | Revery Architecture

This looks good, and like City of Rain said, there will be some taller buildings giving more of a 'midtown' vibe in that area.
