Toronto Style? A grey or green box. Promise everything but then deliver very little. Build as cheaply as possible and overcharge.

At least a parking lot is an open space. Once every parking lot between Parliament and Bathurst south of Bloor has been developed right up to the property line, it is going to be stifling downtown! Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!

Now if only they could rebuild the Humber Bump. Westbound? I prefer the drive from the West end to downtown; eastbound.

That will be one blessing indeed.

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

This is Yonge and Gerrard - not King and Bay or the waterfront. Just look at all the horrible buildings around this area.

I agree. The more things change, the more things stay the same. We don't seem to learn, especially when it comes to city hall demanding more from the developers. The lunatics are running the asylum.

    Toronto Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

Why would a Quebec-based company do any favours for Toronto? They are just as likely as greedy local developers to be interested ONLY in profits.

What's so nice about this stretch of road? It's just a wall of mediocre condos with a few fast food outlets? It's a tribute to developer greed and the contempt they have toward this city and the people who live here.

Regular immigrants wait their turn and follow the rules. Refugees sneak in and take advantage of the system.

I enjoy sarcasm when it's clever. But there was nothing clever or amusing about that.

Nice. I like it - and thank goodness it isn't yet another condo development.

I think units in that building would sell well in Brampton or Mr. and Mrs. Sauga.

P.E.I. and the Three Territories are the most over-represented.

One Valhalla Condos By Edilcan Has Official Groundbreaking

    Much ado about nothing.

A First Peek At Burano's Condos' Restored Base

I have poor vision so everything looks blurry to me anyways! :-( But the reconstruction looks go so far. Now if only they could rebuild the apartment block they torn down recently just to the Northwest of his development. That was needless and senseless.

Jarvis Street - How Photography Can Make Something Look Better Than It Reall

I live on Jarvis Street. I am very familiar with that traffic congestion. So much so, I barely drive any more.

Diamond + Schmitt's New Centennial College Facility Taking Shape

I like the design. When first I saw that balcony at the front, I thought, "Oh oh, I bet a distraught student will commit suicide from jumping from there after failing exams." But for certain you can expect some students to take a whiz from that balcony or throw stuff at the peeps below...

    Toronto Toronto | Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto | 207.86m | 53s | Graywood | Kohn Pedersen Fox

Hmm . It looks quite impressive to me. Hmm. It looks quite impressive to me. I think it fits in quite nicely with the rest of this city. It serves its purpose, and it's grey. And even if it isn't the fanciest of entrances, afterall, this isn't their flagship hotel and let's face it...

    Toronto Toronto | U Condominiums | 183.79m | 56s | Pemberton | a—A

Progress? Yet another condo on Bay Street. This is far from Progress. Walk down Bay Street from Bloor to Dundas sometime and ask yourself, if you just wasted 15 minutes of your life or not looking at prime examples of nothing but the greed and inconsideration of developers.
