Hopefully they build it at the original height, but I totally agree with you. It just doesn't feel like it's gonna be built at the orginal height. Similar to the tower behind Hotel Macdonald.
They definitely had a strong reason for closing it. I just would love to see it back in action someday, but I would understand if they couldn't make it happen.
102 Ave from 99 St to 101 St is my favourite.
In the future it's gonna have the LRT, renovated City Centre and Manulife Malls, a new highrise on the old BMO site, and it could become a pedestrian only area.
This one is from 2019 so I'm not sure what it's status is. It's located on the property of The Holy Trinity Riverbend Anglican Church.
