The building on the right is being torn down correct and this development will continue all the way east to 88 College? That is how the renderings look.

That is above the subway line. Nothing has ever been developed there to my knowledge.

I lived here for three years. Definitely not heritage on the interior. :) With that being said, it is a subtle, but elegant, building that gives Yonge a sense of place.

I’m not advocating having a glass roof but if we did go with one, having a retractable roof that is open during the winter to ensure it does not become compromised from snow build up could be an option. The roof is only needed during the baseball season to stay warm and to avoid rain delays...
