Interesting. I was considering a ventless Bosch (even Miele) for my house but broke down and got a full size. I certainly don't regret it, but the full size takes up a crap load of space.

Shameful. If you're going to go balls out on mullions, at least make the mullions and the spandrel the same color to camouflage all that mess, but seems like they are trying to highlight it. There was so much promise for this project. This got Sanctuary Lofts'd!

Might be the lighting but the grey looks darker in the renderings but I might be nitpicking. I'll wait till this one is done.

This one is disappointing.

Dark was all they needed to do. I can't believe they pay people to make these bad decisions.

Was looking at buying here in the past. Glad I didn't. This would have pissed me off. It looks like a steaming pile of dung. They were already gifted the existing structure, they messed everything else up.

Really liking this one. Can't lose with dark framed windows with a nice contrasting cladding.

So nice I'd actually like to invest in a unit here. But what will the finished product look like? Nothing like the rendering. I mean, this is Toronto, this thing will be value engineered to the nines. Look at the balconies. round glass? Yea right. Not happening.
