This thing is squat enough that one material (red brick) would have been sufficient and probably would have looked much nicer and more cohesive. Methinks the upper lighter floors are a result of the city favouring material changes above the height of the existing context. Clearly that policy does not always work.
 
This one is disappointing.
While I'm never a huge fan of grey, the building looks almost exactly like the render, down to the window formats.

I think it will look a bit better once the balcony glass is installed. Overall, decent job for a small development IMHO.

Might be the lighting but the grey looks darker in the renderings but I might be nitpicking. I'll wait till this one is done.
