I think depending on the timeline for the GO station to be built. This proposition could be very appealing for the WFH Millennials that are being created through this COVID lockdown. This is coming from someone who is in that demographic. People are turning more towards greenspaces during this...

I see this tower too often, and though this has been value engineered the shit outta, the tower isn't that bad. What makes this an absolute piece of S*** development is the horrid podium. I know it replaced the ugly Starbucks building, but the podium looks like it's made from the containers at...

2010 - Present Harriri Pontarini has been on a tear with huge projects. Love to see it.

But Stollery's tear down by Mizrahi gets more attention on this board.. and by City Hall. The politics that people in this city, more specifically our public servants like to play is appalling.

I also remember he had no obligation not to do that.

Agreeed. I've been forced to have it on multiple occasions due to it being one of the only options in the area. It isn't forgettable though because right after I finish eating it I always regret how much I paid for it. And dont even get me started on Dundas Street Grill..

Saying Torontonians don’t care about soccer may be true.. but Torontonians love football. Being such an international city I’d say if there was a top tier football team here it would arguably be the most popular team. And this is coming from a die hard NBA and Raptors fan.

I wonder how much of the increased cost is due to the delays.. this is moving at a snails pace unfortunately and that likely messes up a lot of the financials.

Loses a lot of that wow factor.. but I guess slimming it down is a good thing. But I’m regards to the height, the 299.447m is kinda annoying ?

Agreed a loan for money to fund the LRT which is a benefit to both parties. If the tax revenue directed to Google is capped at the loan amount plus an interest rate.. I don’t see a problem with that. If tax revenue doesn’t generate that much because Googles plans for the area were less than what...

Would be great place for some art with sitting space.. Im not sure how effective a park surrounded by the amount of traffic that congests around would be

This project is so underwhelming on so many fronts.. gives nothing back to the street level. I don’t understand why they don’t try for something taller, add some retail and green park space. There’ll be an LRT stop here too I believe.

LOL agreed, but id be excited about quality clothing retailers opening shop along Yonge north of Dundas much like St. Catherines in MTL.

They allow it in Montreal, and there doesn’t seem to be any significant problems. Also, from what I’ve gathered Ontario will allow marijuana consumption wherever tobacco is allowed, just not near playgrounds and children. No, I actually don’t know much about him at all. Care to tell?
