Does anyone see office buildings breaking ground in next 10 years? I was reading somewhere today that the projected new office demand in Toronto for next 10 years is 15 million sq. ft. and there is already 40 million sq. ft. in pipeline.

This building is giving me Daniels Waterfront towers vibes.

It rains in general a lot more often in Switzerland in summers (even if the amount of precipitation may not be as high). It's not just an anecdote.

You are not thinking big enough. People deserve 5 min bus service even with subway. Those who live further away from the bus stop should be offered a shuttle van to the bus stop.

People won't have to agree on what to build. We will build everything, everywhere. We'll also have buses running parallel to subway with 5 min frequency to serve people living in between subway stations.

One bungled project doesn't mean another bungled project. Yonge subway was a replacement for Yonge streetcar and it turned out fine.
