Jasonzed's myDrone Activity of Toronto and Area

You should really rename this to Mississauga and area. Definitely about 75 % of these pics are of Mississauga. Great pics and all.

ya if they could shake hands it would mean that one of the buildings or both would be tilted (this offensive?) let hope this doesn’t happen. The progress of this building is really starting to make pace now.

Finally an underneath shot. Thanks for that been trying to see this things shape and it’s been hard to get how it’s turning out from previous photos... no disrespect to anyone’s photos previous. Anyways wow. This is going to be very cool once completed.

    Toronto Toronto | Harris Square | 50.29m | 13s | Urban Capital | Saucier + Perrotte

Huh? Do explain our lack of standards? That’s a rather bold statement. This is eye catching no?

    Toronto Toronto | Park Road | 97.43m | 28s | Capital Developments | Diamond Schmitt

I think this looks quite nice material speculations aside.. it fits in nicely I wouldn’t change a thing accept maybe those blue beamed art piece to be at the other side as well maybe just a few.

We all know this will look bad... so why are they approving eyesoars? Yes it’s the back but many still have to look at it. Just plaster the middle instead of using crap materials. Rather see a bad plaster job then garbage looking windows my self.

It’s the auto correct. Smart ash trees. And to vatche, YES It sure does!!😞

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

The Rodger centre roof is about the only thing I ever liked about this building. The outside looks uninviting. Like a big fortress. That exposed concrete look to me never looked good (IMO). This is very exciting news. And a great location for something really special to take up a lot of land...

How are you able to see a hairline crack? Are you able to get in there up close?

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

Wow first video at the 10min mark show just how awful the Gardiner is STILL. Looks extremely unsafe now. (Wildest I’m sure some one will say it’s perfectly fine.. but how’s that acceptable in a city. To say ”well, it’ll hold for now” just don’t fly with me. Wouldn’t feel safe driving on it other...

    Toronto Toronto | 1140 Yonge Street | 44.95m | 10s | Devron Developments | AUDAX

More designs like this around the city please! this look never actually went out of style. It just got pushed aside for the plain shining glass uninspiring towers over time. Glad this snuck back in, in our times

    Toronto Toronto | The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

Lloyds building was intended to look industrial.. like one giant machine or factory. The well is not. It’s only similarity sorta being that staircase. But Toronto does Toronto the only way it can.

    Toronto Toronto | Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Exactly why people don’t see this getting built at all this and many other project world wide that forever to get going. I get the reasons for it. sort of?

Maybe pass a law that you cannot dig for a project until u know all is said and done for said project.

    Toronto Toronto | IMMIX | 131.06m | 38s | QuadReal | a—A

Might have asked this in another thread and not sure I got a response then or where I’d asked it exactly before, but what I’m getting at is... The last photo above my post dead centre building with white wrapping all over it... what is that. Recladding something? Building something? I see it...

    Toronto Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

True but whose expectations... those involved with the project building, and or, to eventually work in it? or ours as building geeks? I’d say it is more a matter of false advertising renders... many depict things one way only to look way different. I’ll edit this when I remember the name of one...
