Apologies for the length of this post. I don't think anyone would disagree that we need more cycle infrastructure in Scarborough. Regardless of whether or not the guideway remains or is removed, we need to take a hard look at keeping the SRT right of way for a multi use trail...

Thank you. It was mostly to satisfy my own curiosity after seeing @skycandy 's wonderful photos from yesterday. Regent Park is an amazing development that, to quote @Northern Light, we need more of in Toronto.

Thanks for that great analysis (as usual @Northern Light ). So, correct me if I'm wrong, but if we are planning for the future with: the SSE open and the busway nixed (understood no guarantee but possible) using the guideway to bridge over Highland Creek building a nice (yes, expensive) bridge...

Agreed. With approximately 1,000 new units in this development, I'm sure that many more cyclists will want access to Danforth. Cycling under that bridge is nasty. We go out of our way to avoid it. While you are pushing for a solution, it would be appreciated if you put in a good word for...

March 16. I was in the area taking shots of the Danforth Cycle Track and thought I'd grab a few of this project. Doesn't appear to be a lot of change since the last drone shots 4 months ago.
