I agree, but if you were in one of the top units just above the cars, it would be cool, especially at night.

Busy looking but the size of the balconies is a plus. You can actually put furniture on them.

Making good progress. I'm looking forward to seeing the diagonal beams go up.

I'm still not sure if I like this one or not. I feel like I'm going to either love it or hate it.

I'm anxious to see what the glass looks like in real life.

The original design was pretty cool. It has a retro look to it, something that would have been modern in the 60's.

Great scale for that location, and 215 rental units. Can’t argue with that.

Agreed. Lots of green and gray in that area, nice to have a splash of color.

At 27 floors it would be a skyscraper in my old hometown of Regina lol.

I hadn't seen that one for Victoria Drive, that's a great little development.

That whole area around commercial and Broadway could really build up if this gets built.

I don't believe it's the final design, but if it's something similar I'll be happy.

The ubiquitous traffic and height complaint that accompanies every development it seems. I get that height can sometimes be too tall, but in this case they've scaled it nicely.

This looks good, and like City of Rain said, there will be some taller buildings giving more of a 'midtown' vibe in that area.
