They can’t all sit in council together. The legislation specifically forbids changing the number of councillors per ward. It would make more sense to elect two community councillors per ward so that coverage is improved. A 1:1 relationship with different responsibilities would be confusing.

Tory is not a terrible choice, but we could do so much better.
