A few years ago, I was running along this path to catch a train with the ridiculously short connection time provided by GRT (4 minutes if the stars aligned, typically much less) and ripped my jeans jumping the barrier in the parking lot. Not a great experience overall.

Old vs new

There was an iXpress that was scheduled to arrive just in time for the 6:05 GO express, but I typically found myself running from the stop to the train with generally less than 30 seconds to spare. GRT has since removed this trip.

The Station street / Chemaushgon Road intersection is very confusing if you've never been there before. I worked at one of the Ontario Travel Information Centres in my younger years and was trying to explain to a group how to get to a camp past the airport. I think I left them more confused...

Have all the MTO electronic signs gone, for the most part, travel time information only since Dumpster Fire took office? The one on 7/8 in Kitchener used to be primarily public safety messages (arrive alive, wear a seatbelt, etc), but since late 2018/early 2019, it's been travel times only...

The gap will go from exit 282 (Hespeler) - exit 320 (25). Pending Dumpster Fire, the stretch from Hespeler to Townline road (286) was supposed to be widened next.
