We finally have balcony glass, and it's curved! Woohoo!

Does anyone know when the construction will start on the reconfiguration of the streets?

This one is not a rental. The Elm and The Ledbury behind it are the rentals. And it's supposed to be Spring 2024.

Looks great. But it's Pemberton, so it's gonna be awful. I have zero faith in them. I wish they would just go away. Also, I highly doubt they will use curved glass here for the windows or balconies. If they do, well, I'll be shocked. Found the tower renders too

I believe there's 54 floors to go still. If they average a floor every 8 days that would be 432 days from now. But I think the average floor is taking longer than 8 days. I think it's 9-10?

There's gotta be a way to figure out when the site first was registered or something. I know it's definitely been around a while now! I think I came here from SkyScraperCity. The site has changed a lot over the years, but all for the better! Looking forward to the next 20 years.

Do you ask these workers if they're okay with you taking photos of them like this? It's kind of invasive, they are doing their jobs. You could at least blur their faces.

With so many people working from home, I feel like condos/apartment buildings are the new office building and we need more elevators, not less.

The way the house is treated on this site is horrible. I'd rather see it just torn down then treated this way. Just awful.

Personally, I'd rather go to a nice spa and water park, than go to a greenhouse or bird atrium.

Out of those two "new" stairwells, only one is new, the other is a new replacement. The one on L3 by Harry Rosen going down to L2 is the new one. The other one going from L2 to L1 by Rogers is the replacement.

Sweet! I've been waiting for these to arrive. I'm hoping they will paint them red, we'll see.
