Lovely design. I really, really, REALLY, hope that the warm materials indicated in the renderings become a reality. A city that suffers through gray winter months could use a little gentle warmth.

Ugly, clumsy, heavy, overworked and a lack of cohesive design but, other than that, it’s worthy of a C-.

I love the texture on the white panels. It's so nice to see detailed texture. So many new builds have slick, shiny curtain walls, that lack "interest" and do nothing more than reflect light. I'm curious to see how the white will age.

I agree concrete_and_light. It's a nifty little space. The proposed monoliths are uninspired and generic. A city needs its little intimate relatable, comfortable spaces. Yeeesh!

This proposal has all the signs of “comity” overkill. It needs fresh eyes and fresh ideas. Sometimes a heavy hand is required. This intersection is too important to mess up. Start again but start with a grand vision. No more nibbling at the edges.
