That RT you're talking about, it sucks and it's definately the weak link. Standing outside for 10 minutes when it's -10C outside really sucks.

Maybe that's why I barely see anyone getting on/off Rosedale... The REAL subway stops like Bloor/Yonge, Osgoode, St.George, etc. are properly shielded from the elements and you could wait in them for 10 minutes or even longer no probs.

St.Clair stops isn't enough to brave the cold Toronto weather for longer than 1-2 minutes.. At minimum, LRT stops need to be enclosed and have inside heating for them to be taken seriously vs subway. 5-10 minutes of walking is bearable if you know you will be able to rest in a REAL shelter for...

We've seen them do better with rapid bus transit .... there's no reason they can't do better now. It's 2017 now, not 1997. We expect better now.

Those kind of stations are acceptable for buses, but really too poor of quality for LRTs imo. I know the Spadina streetcars have stations that are similarly bad, and that's why I never liked that line.

Really really sad to see rapid bus transit having stations much much better than this LRT... People along Eglinton are getting shortchanged...

Isn't this the line that is pretty much dead? The reason why I think the sheppherd LRT is in fact dead is because, for the residents along the line, I doubt they'd settle for anything less than a subway. LRT is just such an inferior technology so I don't think anyone who lives there actually...
