I was told that the move in date is still on schedule (although I'm sure it will change). The finishes and upgrades have already been selected for the floors below 65 with a move -in date of June 2016 for the level around the 60th floor.

Just wait a few more years!!

It is taller. I've attached a photo taken from across Humber Bay. Looks like it is about the same height as the mechanical room of the Manulife.

Hi Everyone. I'm not sure if this is the correct site to post it but I have to say. After moving in to this project, I am so pleased at how Monarch goes out of their way to take care of any deficiencies in a timely manner. You only need to mention it once and it is taken care of right away...

...and the way the glass is secured is really nice. WE shouldn't be seeing any falling glass from this puppy.

I just received my FIRM OCCUPANCY DATE today for June. I'll be one of the first to move in since I'm not in the tower section. Looking forward to the change but it is in total contrast to my current residence in the Yonge and Bloor area. I could never get used to the sound of sirens through...

Yes thank-you urbandreamer. I notice that the cement slab for the 3d floor appears twice as thick as the other floors and it seems to have extra reinforcement under it. I wonder why that is?
