Sorry guys to tell that you are all wrong. The website is misleading you all. The total square footage for each townhouse is in fact the square footage that is indicated for each floor. basically there is no townhouse that measures more that 1260 sg foot (number 11 )

I got the letter confirming the ocuppancy on October 29, for my unite on the 20th floor .

Does anyone know how much the Mackintosh unite is now? I bought one in 2006 for about 235k. Is on 30th floor facing east.
