Thank you. We are waiting to hear what Concert will do about this matter. We will put it on our next 30 day update to Tarion and contact the City of Toronto if this is not corrected.

We just confirmed we have no electrical outlets on any of our outside window walls. Concert said there were no outlets in the plan. How can that be. Is there not a code about the number of outlets in a room. Does anyone have the same C9 floor plan (floors,8,9) as ours. We are on the 10th floor...

We are in the same boat. We are so disappointed that Concert would do this. Guess they didn't want to pay any penalties by delaying the occupancy date so they are rushing and maybe doing less quality workmanship. From what others have reported about the number of deficiencies and the debris left...

I'm thinking Concert is really strapped for time now. We have just been told our PDI will be the same day we take possession.....cannot imagine the state of the unit. We will now be moving into the unit with no time to fix any deficiencies beforehand. So disappointed.

When I was purchasing the unit, Concert sales rep said this building was unique in that it had only 10% investor purchases......let's hope there is not too much more than the 10 or so we are seeing for rent now.

Saw them on Craigslist. Key in 55 Front St E and eight show up. I saw a couple on MLS rentals too. Did not see any up for sale as yet. Range is from 1.9K to 3.8k

I thought that the owner had to actually occupy the unit for a period of time before they could start to rent it. I sure hope the rentals are not a high % in the building. My experience has been that renters do not care for the property as well as the owner/occupied units. So far there are 8...

Walked by the Berczy today and right outside our entry on Front, there were 5 people smoking. When I asked them if they lived in the building, they said no and because there wasn't a "No Smoking Sign" they thought it was quite alright to continue doing so. They were diners from the restaurant...

We saw this company at the home show (Kandy 416-356-7663) and the flooring is beautiful. We will also have them in for a quote next spring.
