    Toronto Toronto | Cinema Tower | 142.64m | 43s | Daniels | Kirkor Architects

Of course not. Look forward to another condo in a few years. I heard the lot was assembled by Great Lands Corp.

    Toronto Toronto | 170 Spadina | 46.94m | 12s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

Unless there's something I'm unaware of but hasn't the sales centre been closed for months now? Marketing and sales operations appeared to have stalled.

    Toronto Toronto | Montgomery Square | 84.12m | 27s | Rockport Group | RAW Design

The design doesn't look that bad, though the massing does somewhat overwhelm the historic post office.

    Toronto Toronto | INDX Condos | 178.6m | 54s | Lifetime | P + S / IBI

Seems like this site was doomed for bad architecture from the start.

    Toronto Toronto | Form Condos | 50.59m | 14s | Tridel | a—A

With OCAD now with an official university designation and its growing prominence, it would make sense to expand its presence in the area. Maybe a multi-use building with lecture, gallery, retail, and even some student residential space to meet growing demands.

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Larger format retail may have worked better in the basement level.

    Toronto Toronto | The Berczy | 41.76m | 13s | Concert | Arcadis

Considering that 88 Scott is another Concert development and P+S is affiliated with IBI Group, this building so far indicates some causes for concern regarding poor cladding execution.

    Toronto Toronto | Musée Condos | 53.95m | 17s | Plaza | BDP Quadrangle

Not bad. Orange and black create a nice contrast. I also really like the pedestrian arcade running through the ground level.

    Toronto Toronto | The Humber | 68.88m | 22s | Options for Homes | Arch. Unfolded

It does look quite strange, but affordable housing is also welcomed. Should also be a nice view overlooking the Humber ravine. Here's a video. http://neighbourhoodconcepts.ca/videoRiverstone.html

    Toronto Toronto | Market Wharf | 110.33m | 33s | Context Development | a—A

Great looking building. I love how the balconies create various effects when viewed from different angles.

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle on Adelaide | 144.47m | 46s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Awaiting the first piece of cladding any day now. Hopefully it looks better than Cinema Tower's.

    Toronto Toronto | Ripley's Aquarium of Canada | 13.11m | 2s | Ripley Entertainment | B+H

No doubt its a great addition but looks a bit too cheezy for me. Choice in coloured glass is probably more suited for Clifton Hill.

    Toronto Toronto | Southcore Financial Centre & Delta Toronto | 159.71m | 45s | GWL | KPMB

Looking good so far. The zipper portion is becoming more prominent, and those white bits will create an interesting effect.

    Toronto Toronto | AYC Condos | 92.05m | 27s | Metropia | TACT Architecture

I'd like to see a nice streetwall along this stretch of Davenport.

    Toronto Toronto | Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Impressive photo of the progress on Aura's upper portion, by Ronnie Yip on Flickr. aura rising ii by ronnie.yip, on Flickr

    Toronto Toronto | River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

The massing and design are just perfect. If only Cityplace was planned with such initiatives.

    Toronto Toronto | Charlie Condos | 122.83m | 36s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

The art piece compliments Charlie perfectly. Great addition to the area overall.

    Toronto Toronto | Casa III Condos | 179.52m | 55s | Cresford | a—A

It's best to ignore those realtor-made mock websites. Most of the content is copy and paste info and summary from various unconfirmed sources.

    Toronto Toronto | Library District Condominiums + Toronto's 99th Library | ?m | 29s | Context Development | KPMB

Looking forward to the library. It will act as a much needed community and social space for neighbourhood.

479 Danforth Ave (@Logan, Symmetry Construction, 4s, Anna Voineskos Architects) COMPLETE

Does that explain the need for being defensive and personal? This new building is an absolute joke though. Another shoddy attempt at a faint recreation of how Europe appeared to be. I've seen enough of these ugly building redos on Corso Italia.
