@Bibi L Good question. It won’t be shared anymore. All the existing parking will have to be for the residents of 25 and the commercial units for 35 The Esplanade. There is a legacy contract to make available 244 monthly spots but after the parking lot is severed there will only be 118 spots...

This red tail hawk was perched on our common 31st floor terrace was scouting out a good spot for the eclipse at lunch today or maybe looking for lunch.

I thought they fixed the 2nd row then I realized they added a third row in my sleep. I guess they will be popping out the glass panels out at some later date. The sun is a little at 2:10
