As seen this afternoon. The orange has a great pop to it on an overcast day:

Been walking by a couple times a week recently and it's interesting to note how the offices on the east side of the building look mostly complete, including furniture, while the offices on the west side overlooking the fountain still have unfinished walls, slabs of drywall propped up but not installed, etc (it's a lot more obvious at night)

The 2nd floor area in the photo is NOT offices, it is a potential restaurant - which the City has yet to find a tenant for. (Doubtless explained by the opening of the building being so ahead of schedule!)

ha, fair, but the lack of completion seems to be the case for every room of every floor on the west side. Do these have planned tenants?

There is also a "Senior's Centre" on west side of the 2nd floor mezzanine - it too is being studied by the City and it is unclear who would run it (The St Lawrence Community Centre??) and who would use it - or for what. I think (correctly??) that the Courts occupy all of floors 3 and higher.

How functional does the rest of the building have to be to get the ground level operational? And would we see public facing ground info when they look to lease out the proposed coffee shop there?

How much longer will this tent last? It was looking good. What happened?
Will the City:
A. patch it
B. close this building.early
C. rush the move to the new building
D. nothing

Pictures from tonight - south side 5 or 6 openings .

North side - one seam opening.

Maybe a little too much negative pressure?

At least it’s not Tropicana Field:

The stadium’s roof was destroyed by Hurricane Milton, forcing the Tampa Bay Rays to play in another nearby stadium for the entirety of the 2025 season.

When the tent replacement was investigated, the expected length of its use was FAR less than what it has been. I suspect the skin is nearing the end of its normal life The tent is actually owned by the City as they decided to buy it and said that once the Market use was over they would move it elsewhere. I assume the cost of a new 'skin' is well under the total cost.

Yes and there is https://www.biagioristorante.com/ there. (There is also kitchen space for the Hall itself, which clearly needs updating!)
Speaking of that, I do not understand Biagio. I have passed passed by on hundreds of occasions at different times of day and on different days of the week and I rarely see more than two or three tables occupied inside, and sometimes none.
Is there some mystery time where everyone shows up and leaves and I miss them in there? Is it one of those restaurants for people who like to eat dinner at 10:30 p.m.?

The mystery (to me) continues. They must be reporting big losses year over year over year over year…... I have never ate there.

Maybe they need bushes to hide the customers like the restaurant in the Pinnacle building at the NW corner of Yonge and Harbour, in the SW corner of the SE building trio.
