It’s possible, there was a tower crane in Manchester that was permanent. Street view doesn’t show up there anytime before 2023, so must have been put up recently.

With the plaza open to the corner, it gives the intersection section a chance to be kind of a junior version of Yonge and Bloor.

I feel like this must be going ahead. If it was only one building, it might be due to bad structure or such, but to demo an apartment building, a couple of houses and a building with active businesses doesn’t really make sense going to build.
