Anxious to see if they can turn those ugly grey slabs on the west side into something that looks like the render. Super ugly as-is right now. Wonder if they're some sort of structural necessity, otherwise, why wouldn't you make those into windows or something?

When are you going to be able to walk under the library from say, 4th St to 3rd St?
