Definitely in this area of Vaughan. Markham has done a much better job on Highway 7 and along Enterprise.

I passed by on September 1 and they had just started the demolition of the sales center.

Only one crane remains at the NEXT Condos at Elgin East site as the other was taken down about 2 months ago.

I took a few photos post-demolition from Church/Harding. It looks like two houses on Church St and Harding Blvd have been torn down plus most of the trees. The sales center (old retail building) and the old Steer Inn Burger building still remain standing.
