Has anyone else received an email from TFN Realty Inc. Brokerage about selling on assignment? I thought assignment sales weren't allowed for this.

I wonder why Vaheesanthe's 15th floor client is getting keys mid-September, whereas RZ12 is getting keys "mid floor" (which I'm guessing means floor 15-19) August 17.

Did you get a letter from Daniels? Did you get your final occupancy date? What floor are you on? great news and thanks for the update !

I wonder if anyone who had an original move in date of May 1 got an update. If not, we’re already looking at a 1-2 month delay. its been over a month and we haven’t heard anything from Daniels since their email on April 24.

Is the construction elevator on the east tower still there?

The Garrison is moving in now and is doing in-person PDIs. The notice we got makes reference to occupancy depending on the City’s building departments to get the appropriate clearance. Can anyone shed some light on this? Seems like The Garrison is occupying right now. Maybe whatever the delay...

Has anyone heard anything from Daniels beyond the Unavoidable Delay notice that we got? I wonder if the people moving in May 01 are still moving in at that date.

I also wonder the degree to which this gets delayed when the building is 95% completed like this one. Is interior work more amenable to physical distancing than exterior work? I wonder if they can just slap things together quickly and fix it later to get this occupied before a general shut...

Daniels sent out Unavoidable Delay notices. I wonder if the people moving in on May 1st are going to get affected by this. I heard the City isn't doing occupancy permits right now.

For what floors? I am on one of the higher floors and I have not received my Firm Occupancy Date. I only have my Final Tentative Occupancy Date, which was given to me in August.

Are they working on the final floor (36) of the East Tower? Am I counting correctly?
